Suyen manages our client liasion team. She is responsible for client scheduling, intake and customer service. She was born in Nicaragua and raised in the United States. Suyen was an elementary school teacher for 10 years. She later worked in the customer service field as a trainer and traveled to many countries to train people from different cultural settings in the best practices for customer service. Outside of work she spends time designing jewelry and collaborating with charities and shows for special causes.
Maria, who is the senior member of our support staff, has held many positions with Pozo Goldstein, LLP. Her current role is Financial Manager and support team liaison. Maria heads our contracts and billing department and is the point of contact for all financial issues related to our clients. Maria is a graduate of the University of Miami.
Ashantti joins the Pozo Goldstein team after a paralegal internship with the firm. Ashantti has a degree in paralegal studies. She is responsible for case management for a variety of immigration cases ranging from adjustment of status and citizenship to business/investment visas and consular processing.
Bianca is a paralegal with Pozo Goldstein, LLP. She is responsible for case management for a variety of immigration cases ranging from adjustment of status and citizenship to business/investment visas and consular processing. Bianca’s main focus is litigation support assisting the attorneys who represent our clients facing removal proceedings in Immigration Court. Bianca earned her Bachelors Degree in International Business and Marketing and is currently working towards a law degree at St. Thomas Law School. Bianca is fluent in English, Spanish and Romanian.
Olivia assists the attorneys with our clients’ cases presented to USCIS and the State Department, visa processing center. These include, but are not limited to, marriage-based adjustment of status, employment-based visas, fiancee visas, VAWA applications, waivers of inadmissibility, and consular processing. Olivia is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service to our clients.
Daniel has a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and a Juris Doctor Degree. He assists the attorneys at Pozo Goldstein, LLP with client liaison and case processing as part of his paralegal duties. His responsibility is USCIS and Immigration Court cases.
Tina joined the Pozo Goldstein New York team in 2017. She received her Paralegal Certification from Pace Law School and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a minor in East Asian studies from Pace University. She is also a licensed New York State Notary Public. Tina has experience preparing and filing various applications to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and filing motions with Immigration Court.
Stephanie is responsible for client intake and liaison in our New York office. She manages the calendar for the attorneys in New York and sets appointments for clients. Stephanie ensures that our clients are cared for in a professional, courteous and expeditious manner.
